Dishwasher Leak in Suffolk, VA

This family's home was for sale and a contract already put on their new home in Georgia when this loss occurred. The dishwasher had a slow leak that by the time it was discovered the damage was done, the wood flooring was warped and subflooring saturated. We went in and removed all affected contents and flooring and got the drying process started. Time was of the essence since they needed their home in sellable condition ASAP.
