Water & Extensive Mold Damage in Suffolk, VA

This 1930's home overlooking the historic James River in Suffolk had a Radiant Heating system located in the ceiling. The system had sprung a leak that had gone on for a period of time in the unoccupied home, hence leading to extensive mold growth and structural damage. These photos show the before damage and mold in what was an office with built in bookshelf and drawers. Through our remediation and restoration process, our techs removed the bookshelf and wall and created a closet, turning the room into a bedroom. You would never even know there had been any kind of event in this home.
